  • Site Condition Remediation - Soil remediation within the excavation footprint effectively wrapped up early in the month, with third-party sampling confirming all areas met the required environmental standard.

  • Site Services / Utilities - The dewatering system continued operating on a temporary basis while a formal discharge agreement was finalized with the municipal water authority. Municipal site services work is mobilizing in the final week of August for sanitary, storm, water and fire line connections.

  • Waterproofing - Waterproofing beneath the raft slab will begin at the end of the month, starting on the south side of the site.

  • Crane Erection - The site is being prepared and coordinated across multiple trades to support crane erection, scheduled for mid-September.
