The project has received a Noise Exemption Permit from the City which permits certain construction works outside of normal construction working hours.
These activities will be limited to items such as concrete pours which often need to start and end outside of typical hours to allow for safe and acceptable curing times.

Shoring / Excavation - Excavation and shoring were substantially completed in September, with the final lagging installed along the perimeter walls and the shoring contractor demobilizing at month end.
Forming - Work on the raft slab foundation is ongoing and about two-thirds of it is complete. Forming and concrete for the basement-to-ground floor walls and columns also started and kept advancing.
Crane Erection - The tower crane was erected and commissioned in mid-September and is now in service.
Waterproofing - Foundation wall waterproofing continued to follow the concrete work as each section was completed.
Temporary Power/Hoarding - Temporary power duct work began on College Street, temporary power equipment was set on site, and hoarding and a covered walkway along the street are being installed.
The crane erection is scheduled for September 14th, weather dependent.
Rroad and sidewalk disruption should be expected on this date.
