333 College is located near the intersection of College St and Spadina Ave. The project is a student residence geared towards graduate and upper year undergraduate students for nearby universities and colleges.

The project received zoning approval in December 2025 and is expected to start construction in May 2026. Demolition and site preparation activites are anticipated to start in early March 2026.
